Add Decorative Tassels

Add some fun flair to your individual balloon bouquet with tassels!

+Tassel colors will be coordinated with your balloon color choices and what is available unless specified in the notes.  

+ Balloons bouquets with less than 8 small latex/foil  balloons cannot support the weight of the tassels.  It is advised not to add them to your order if you are purchasing less than 8 small latex/foil balloons.  

+ Individual large foil balloons can support tassels. 

+ Tassel placement and number will be determined by the balloon stylist to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing.  

+ Tassel cannot be added to garlands at this time.
