Add Small Latex Balloons

+ Add as many individual small balloons as you like.

+ It will is assumed they are one bouquet unless noted otherwise.

+ Price includes fully inflated balloon with helium and string.

 + If adding additional small latex balloons to a "Design Your Own Bouquet" or "Presdesigned Bouquet" option, decorative tassels, weights, and Hi-float (if selected) are included. 

+ If adding small latex balloons to the cart alone or with other "Individual Balloons", weights, tassels, and Hi-float are not included, but can be added here.  

+ To manage expectations: helium balloon float for approximately 24 hours.  

+ Adding Hi-float will extend the float time to 5 - 7 days.
