Add Foil Stars

+ Add as many foil balloons as you like to your cart.  

+ It will be assumed that they are part of one bouquet unless noted differently.

+ Balloons come fully inflated with helium and string.

+ If adding foil balloons to a "Design Your Own Bouquet" or "Presdesigned Bouquet" option, tassels and weights are included. 

+ If adding foil balloons to the cart alone or with other "Individual Balloons", weights and tassels are not included, but can be added here.
